REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If you received the product less than 7 days ago, it is unopened, sealed and in good condition, then we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for an alternative product. Return courier cost will be at your own cost and we cannot refund your original delivery fee if there were any.

Please seal the box and clearly address to us (delivery details below). Unfortunately we cannot refund any products which got lost during return shipping due to insufficient labeling or an incorrect address.

Once we receive the parcel we will contact you to arrange a refund via EFT into your bank account. An open product can unfortunately not be returned, unless it was damaged or defected when you received it.

Damaged Products

If you received a damaged or defect product please contact our head office (011) 234-9890 or send us an email at sales@qualitybrands.co.za within 7 days from receiving the product.

We will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once we receive the product and agree with your findings, we will either exchange for another product or refund the product as above.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the damaged product.

Incorrect Product Received

If you received the incorrect product, our sincere apologies. Please contact our head office (011) 234-9890 or send us an email at sales@qualitybrands.co.za within 7 days from receiving the product.

We will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once the product has been returned to us we will send you the correct product.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received the incorrect product.
